When it comes to summer treats, you may be looking for new ways to enjoy some favorites. And Nescafe wants to help with some fresh spins on instant coffee and how we can enjoy it.

So what better way to do that than to offer us some fun and delicious recipes that will also keep us caffeinated for the long days of summer! And sure we have all heard about using instant coffee as a dry rub on steak (which tastes amazing by the way!), but did you know that you could use it to whip us such amazing treats as a Coffee and Donuts Extreme Milkshake, a Frozen Coffee-Colada, or even Vietnamese Iced Coffee Pops.

Honestly, if you are looking for instant coffee inspiration, you really need to check out the recipes page on the Nescafe website, because you will be creating all kinds of treats, drinks, and even entrees. And while we are loving all three of this summer‘s special creations, the one I am obsessed with right now is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee Pops!

Create Vietnamese Iced Coffee Pops with the help of Nescafe instant coffee

According to the press email we received, these ice pops offer us a tasty treat that they describe as, “a combination of cream, milk and a dash of instant coffee, these pops are a *literally* cool take on the whipped coffee trend.”

Want to make these for yourself? Here’s how:

"1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream1 cup sweetened condensed milk1 cup plus 1 tablespoon cold water, divided3 tablespoons Nescafé Clásico Dark Roast 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules, dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot waterCombine cream and sweetened condensed milk.Combine 1 cup cold water, coffee mixture, and 1 1/2 cups cream mixture. Add to 10 popsicle molds, filling about 3/4 full. Add popsicle sticks and freeze until firm.Add remaining 1 tablespoon cold water to remaining cream mixture. Add to popsicle molds and freezeuntil firm.Note: If you prefer, combine all the ingredients and skip the last step. The pops won’t be layered, butthey’ll be ready sooner."

Honestly, these are some of the easiest treats we could whip up with the help of Nescafe. And knowing that the prep time to make this is just 10 minutes, not including the freeze time, means you can easily enjoy this all summer long.
